Here is a wonderful piece!!! It is an old ashtray from a castle in either Portugal or Spain. It is very very old. It is two pieces and is very heavy. Rock had it out by the pool next to his old Church bench that was a close match. I don't know if it was originally an ash tray, but that is how Rock used it.

Clear ball shaped match striker. These match strikers were all over the inside and outside of Rock Hudson's estate. He did smoke, and he loved the novelty of the striker. He would fill them with the "strike anywhere" matches. As many as he had, that was a job in itself. A fine piece.
