This is a dog whistle. It is made in England by "Acme", and is 3.3" long. 

We all know that Rock loved animals and espically dogs.  All his dogs were professionally trained.  Many of the commands were with the whistle.  He loved his dogs and they loved him back.  You should have seen the way they would turn their heads in confusion with the whistle.
