THIS SET IS FANTASTIC. You will  probably recognize the Photograph from Wikipedia.  It is the one used-MINUS The  Inscription and Signature's of President Ronald Reagan and his Wife, Nancy Reagan.

Presidents don't usually Sign Autographs while in Office.  Most of the things they sign while in office are Declarations,  Laws,  Treaties,  etc.

To get a signature While a President is in office istruly rare. Rock was great friends of The Reagan's and was invited to the white house for a dinner to honor the President of Mexico and Mrs. de la Madrid on May 15, 1984.   He was also invited to a dinner to Honor The President of the Dominican Republic and Mrs. Jorge Blanco on April 10, 1984.  Rock was staying at his Apartment in New York at the time so he was close by and the Reagan's knew this. This is the reason for the two invites so close together.  While attending, the photograph was taken.  Since Ron and Rock were good friends, when President Reagan learned of Rocks illness, he allocated millions of dollars for the research and development towards a cure.  Prior to this, NO governments were even remotely getting involved.

This set includes: 1.) The Signed Photograph from The President and Nancy Reagan, to Rock, of The Three of Them, 2.) A Mexican Flag that was given to the guests at their table, 3.)  A Folder, some of the next articles came in, that states "This Event is in Honor of His Excellency The President of Mexico and Mrs De La Madrid," 4.) An RSVP card from Nancy Reagan, handwritten thanking Rock for the flowers he had sent and telling Rock Ron and Nancy just got back from Europe trip and more, signed by Nancy Reagan,  18.) The envelope the RSVP card came in from The White House filled out and addressed to Rock by Nancy Reagan's hand,  19.) A White House cover that housed the card Nancy Reagan wrote.

I FIND THESE BILLS, RECEIPTS, TICKETS, STATEMENTS, INVOICES, ETC.  JUST THE WAY THEY ARE.

THEY COME OUT OF THE FILE CABINET OF ROCK HUDSON EXACTLY THE WAY I ADD THEM TO MY SITE.   SOME YOU CAN FIGURE OUT.... SOME ARE A BIT TOUGHER.

This is a booklet found in Rock Hudson's file cabinet.  It is dated 1984 and it talks about aids.   This is some of what he was reading, the state of the art facts, a bit of encouragement even for finding out what was wrong.

He spent hours rummaging through book, publications, etc.  looking for answers.

This is fabulous!!!

This is the script, with plenty of Rocks annotations,  that he used when he narrated the 45th Academy Awards show in 1973.  I have not copied every page as that would be lengthy. There are many, many more.

It is a wonderful item that would frame up nicely or to add to any collection.   It comes with Rocks parking pass.  In the photo of the pass it does not show the true color.  It is Lime green.  Very bright.  The color does not come out in the scan.  It has never been un taped so it is like new.  There is only one parking permit.  I tried to scan it with two different settings to bring out the real lime green color.  But it did not work.  This is why I show two copies.

Here is a billing envelope for a Root Canal that Rock got in 1963.  He paid too much so this honest dentist sent the check back and requested in a letter the right amount.  The letter is dated on my birthday. 

It is fun to find things with special to you dates and frame them, hang them for all to see. 

I personally have a few with my birthday and my mothers birthday framed and hung.

This is a bill and letter from Rock's business manager asking who he was entertaining at the windsor resturant.  

  It is signed by Henry Willson on the bill and in Rock's hand it is written, my agent without lynn bowers".

And then has a clever little arrow drawn by the Rock man himself.

Here is one done by Dan Barton to Rock Hudson dated March 01, 1967.  That makes it 44 years old.
