Here is a six piece set directly from the file cabinet of Rock Hudson.  It is for continuation of an existing Insurance policy.  The dates don't all match up but they are all from the same file.  He had insursance with this company for years.

This document, dated, December 10, 1957, done on Twentieth Century - Fox Film Corporation  Stationary, is directed toward Mr. Hudson’s business managers for reimbursement.  
In it, it describes some of the expenses that
20th Century Fox / Mr. Ginsberg had paid towards Rock’s living expenses during this time.    
It is signed by Vivian Leslie.
