This is a wonderful Item. 
It is a Wilton-Armetale (Columbia, Pa.) Vintage large water pitcher with an ice lip. 

Rock used this often when laying out getting sun by his wonderful pool. His favorite drink was grape fruit juice.  But, it was known to have housed cocktails as well.

It is in excellent condition!!!

9" h. x 6" dia.
